About The Role

The Semiconductor Recruiter at Triveni IT will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for our clients within the semiconductor industry. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand specific requirements and ensure the recruitment process aligns with client expectations. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a preference for those with semiconductor industry experience. A strong understanding of semiconductor engineering roles, terminology, and industry trends is essential. Candidates should demonstrate proven success in sourcing niche technical talent, particularly within electronics, hardware, or embedded systems domains. Excellent communication, networking, and candidate engagement skills are critical, along with proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems. A bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Source, identify, and recruit semiconductor professionals across various technical domains including design, verification, FPGA, VLSI, embedded systems, firmware, hardware, and process engineering.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified semiconductor engineering candidates through active sourcing, networking, and database management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements, job specifications, and project timelines.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing,



screening, interviewing coordination, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry networks to identify and attract top talent.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within ATS/CRM systems to ensure smooth communication and tracking.
- Develop and nurture relationships with candidates and clients to foster long-term engagement and repeat business.
- Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to advise clients effectively.
