We are looking for an experienced CRM – Client Relationship Manager who can manage the complete client coordination and order-to-delivery process. The ideal candidate should be strong in client handling, operations, supply chain coordination, and inter-departmental communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end client coordination from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Handle client queries, complaints, follow-ups, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Dispatch, Logistics, and Accounts teams.
- Monitor order status, inventory availability, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding invoices, payments, outstanding follow-ups, and billing-related queries.
- Track customer orders and proactively communicate delays or changes to clients.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of orders,



customer communication, and service issues.
- Prepare regular MIS/reports related to customer orders, deliveries, and pending issues.
- Take ownership of the complete process and ensure timely closure of client requirements.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in CRM, Client Relationship, Customer Operations, Order Management, or Operations Manager roles.
- Solid experience in B2B client coordination and order-to-delivery management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination skills with multiple internal departments.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and capable of taking end-to-end ownership of processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and ERP/CRM systems will be an advantage.
