We are looking for a BPO Team Leader to oversee our customer service team in India. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that performance targets are met, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to enhance skills.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective team management.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and address concerns.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.




- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Understanding of BPO operations and customer service best practices.
