Job Overview

We are looking for a female corporate sales professional to drive B2B sales, acquire new corporate clients, and manage existing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills with a proven track record in corporate sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire recent corporate clients through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into business.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions/services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations and follow up for closures.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain sales pipeline,



client data and regular MIS reports.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing or relevant field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in Corporate/B2B Sales, Business Development or Institutional Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship and networking abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable with corporate meetings and field/business development activities.
- Female candidates preferred.
