Are you an AdTech / Programmatic Advertising professional with robust hands-on experience in DV360

We are looking for experienced DV360 Support Specialists to join our team!

⭐ KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

2–4 years of hands-on DV360 experience in technical support or campaign management

Strong expertise in Display & Video 360 (DV360) and Google Ads

DV360 Certification preferred

Working knowledge of Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), GTM & GA4

Strong understanding of RTB, OpenRTB, SSP & Programmatic Auction lifecycle

Experience troubleshooting IOs, Line Items, campaign performance & ad-serving issues

Knowledge of PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed & Open Auction

Understanding of Floodlight, conversion tracking & audience segments

Strong knowledge of creative/ad-serving QA, including display, video & VAST/VPAID





Excellent English communication skills – Phone, Chat & Email support

Strong client handling & customer service mindset

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Resolve complex DV360 campaign and platform issues

• Troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, creatives and ad-serving problems

• Support DV360, Google Ads & CM360 ecosystem-related queries

• Work with Product, Engineering and Policy teams on escalations

• Guide agencies and advertisers on programmatic best practices and optimization
