This individual will help lead architecture and technical design efforts while remaining hands-on with development activities. They will mentor engineering teams, establish development standards, oversee code quality, and drive implementation of scalable AWS-based solutions. Skills and Requirements - 7+ years of software engineering experience including leadership/mentorship responsibilities - Robust backend development experience using .NET and REST APIs - Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications on AWS - Experience with microservices, serverless architectures, and distributed systems - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code - Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization - Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions - Angular experience - Terraform experience - Kafka, Solace, or other event-driven messaging platforms - AWS certifications
