**Job Summary** The Subject Matter Expert SME will provide advanced support and leadership in procurement operations specializing in vendor management returns management query handling via ServiceNow SNOW and preparation of detailed procurement reports. With 4 to 6 years of experience the SME will mentor junior staff resolve complex procurement issues and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. **Responsibilities** The Subject Matter Expert SME will provide advanced support and leadership in procurement operations specializing in vendor management returns management query handling via ServiceNow SNOW and preparation of detailed procurement reports. With 4 to 6 years of experience the SME will mentor junior staff resolve complex procurement issues and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.Key Responsibilities Oversee procurement activities across company purchase accounts and vendors. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and financial controls. Lead vendor relationship management including onboarding evaluation and performance tracking. Resolve escalated vendor issues and disputes. Support strategic sourcing initiatives. Lead the returns process handling escalations and complex disputes. Ensure proper documentation and compliance in returns management. Act as escalation point for procurement related queries raised through SNOW.



Ensure timely resolution and SLA compliance. Prepare analyze and submit detailed procurement and returns reports to management. Provide insights and recommendations based on procurement data. Support audits and compliance reviews with accurate reporting. Identify opportunities to streamline procurement and returns workflows. Mentor and support Senior Process Executives and junior team members. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes. **Qualifications** Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field. 4 to 6 years of procurement or supply chain experience. Solid experience with e-commerce platforms eBay preferred. Proficiency in ServiceNow SNOW query management. Leadership mentoring and process improvement skills. Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities. Competencie Strategic problem solving and decision making. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
