Experience - 4-5 Years Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the outbound sales team to achieve business targets. Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the NRI Remittance segment. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure high productivity. Prepare and analyze MIS reports using Excel. Ensure compliance with bank policies and deliver an excellent customer experience. Eligibility Criteria: Experience: 5–7 years of experience in a supervisory/team handling role with outbound sales experience, preferably in the NRI Remittance segment.
