We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-8 years of experience in corporate finance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning to support our organisation's financial health and growth.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis for investment opportunities.
- Assist in mergers and acquisitions due diligence and integration processes.
- Develop financial strategies to improve company profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors.

Skills and Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA)



certification from a recognised institution.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
- Experience with financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SAP, and Tally).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
