Job Description

Artech Infosystems is hiring Chat Support Analysts for immediate joining. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer interactions via chat professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) metrics.
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers to 2 years of experience.
- Excellent English communication and written skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
- Eligible Qualifications: B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., MBA.
- Not Eligible: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, or candidates currently pursuing a degree.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in chat-based customer support.
- Exposure to Healthcare, Insurance, or Managed Care processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or chat platforms.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.

Salary





1.8 LPA – 3.2 LPA (based on interview performance and experience).
