• Knowledge of important VisionPlus master files and process to view and update them

• Able to navigate VisionPlus code for getting any information, if required.

• Well versed with significant processes e.g. MAD Calculation, Interest Processing, System Balancing, Reports, Payment Processing, Rewards, Co-brand Setup, Auto Debit and Salary Sweep, Reissue/Replacement/Flipping/Renew

• Well versed with important V+ modules i.e. CMS, VLS and FAS and respective screens and functionalities

• Well versed with VISA/MasterCard/RuPay/Amex Simulators and able to setup profile and do Auth's including Tokenization Auth's

• Well versed with preparation of VISAIN/IPMIN/RuPayIN/AMEXIN Settlement files

• Well versed with Critical VisionPlus Batch flow e.g. Batch Job Holds and able to validate the Job output files

• Well versed with File Aid and File Manager

• Review and analyze the project requirements

• Plan and organize the knowledge transfer to the Software Test Engineers and self

• Collect the queries related to the requirements and get them resolved by the business assigned to the project

• Plan, organize and lead the testing kick-off meeting

• Scope the required FSD/BRD

• Design the required test strategy in line with the scope and organization standards

• Create the detailed test plan,



get it reviewed and approved/signed-off by the relevant stakeholders

• Estimate the test effort and team (size, skills, attitude and schedule)

• Create the test schedule (tasks, dependencies and assigned team members)

• Identify any test metrics to be gathered

• Review the test cases and test data generated by the Software Test Engineers and get them to address the review comments

• Track the new/ updated requirements in the project and modify testing artifacts accordingly

• Administer the project in the test management system

• Assign tasks to the Software Test Engineers based on the software test plan

• Check the status of each assigned task daily and resolve any issues faced by the team members with their tasks

• Manage the requirement at overall project level and not just at application level.
