- Working along with Management Team and assisting on various analysis and special business initiatives as needed.

- Perform analysis of data trends, defines relevant parameters, and interprets Data/ Results per business requirements for the purpose of determining performance
- Monitor key metrics, identify issues/opportunities, research, and escalate as appropriate.
- Work hands on and support/ coach other analysts as they develop reports or analyses with an eye to build a solid team of analysts.
- Manage data and analysis requests from start to finish, including gathering data requirements, pulling, and validating data, analyzing data, building statistical models, visualizing results, synthesizing insights, and presenting results.
