- Conduct product demonstrations at hospitals to showcase device capabilities and advantages.
- Install devices and provide troubleshooting support for technical or operational issues.
- Perform site assessments and communicate device requirements to the remote operations team.
- Train healthcare professionals, including nurses and doctors, and patients on device usage and monitoring dashboards.
- Coordinate with the remote team, providing detailed updates on site visit activities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals for effective collaboration.
- Assist in ad hoc operational tasks as required.
- Work inside hospital wards and occasionally during night shifts as per operational requirements.
- Travel within the city to client sites as needed.
