Job Description:

- Team Building: Build and expand your sales team by leveraging your personal and professional network.
- Training & Motivation: Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
- Business Development: Organize and coordinate sales visits and client meetings to generate current business opportunities.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
