- Reconstruct complex issues into explicit proofs for development fixes.
- Ensure quality in building, packaging, and deploying code.
- Identify patterns needing quality intervention before QA environments.
- Design test plans for future requirements.
- Set up and maintain testing environments.
- Utilize automated test scripts to perform testing duties.
- Conduct peer test reviews and suggest improvements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to other team members.
- Foster teamwork and proactively mentor and develop team members.
- Apply problem-solving skills to minimize test plan rework.
- Use customer understanding and relevant technology knowledge to ensure high-quality product/service delivery.
