Responsibilities:
- Build and expand your team through your personal and professional network
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets
- Organize and conduct client visits for business development opportunities
- Support and develop team members to enhance business performance
- Plan and manage weekly and monthly meetings to review performance and set goals
Required Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance preferred
- Freshers with valuable communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply
