Responsibilities:
- Build and develop your team through your personal and qualified network
- Train and motivate team members to achieve sales targets
- Organize and conduct sales visits for business development activities
- Guide and support team members to generate more business opportunities
- Plan and manage weekly and monthly meetings to review performance and set goals
Required Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance preferred
