Responsibilities:
- Build and expand your sales team through your personal and qualified network
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Organize and conduct client visits to drive business development and strengthen relationships
- Support and develop team members to enhance overall business growth
- Plan and manage weekly and monthly meetings to track performance and set goals
Required Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance preferred
- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply
