Responsibilities:
- Build and expand your team by utilizing your personal and qualified network
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Organize and conduct client visits to identify and pursue business development opportunities
- Support and develop team members to generate increased business performance
- Plan and manage weekly and monthly meetings to track progress and set future goals
Required Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills can also apply
