Role & responsibilities:

1. New Product development

- Concept design: Product conceptualization, Benchmarking, costing, Risk Management
- 3D Modelling, design analysis, drawing preparation.
- Implement lean and reliable design and stable processes.

2. Vender evaluation and development

- Identification and technical evaluation of the right suppliers
- Cost optimization and finalization of the suppliers

3. Prototype testing

- Design prototype setup, assembly processes, testing plan.
- Rigorous testing for safety, endurance and reliability of the product along with documentation

4. Standardization

- Product range identification and design analysis
- Drawing preparation along with selection matrix
- Documentation such as manuals for product and process

5. Organizational Imperatives

- Actively participating and originating Kaizens
- Actively involving in Business Excellence initiatives
- Adhere to Compliance and Safe Working Setting
