Job description:

The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

1. Operation and maintenance of Solar Plant:

- End To End Responsibility for Total O&M; activity of Plant
- Testing and maintenance of Solar Plant equipment such as IDT, HT & LT Panel , Inverter , CT, PT, Solar PV Module , MCS , SCADA.

2. To keep complete, accurate and up-to-date records and all other data required for the purpose of proper implementation of O&M.;

- DGR and Reports based on the SCADA/online monitoring
- Actual production and availability figures for the PV plant which shall include:
- Availability for each inverter zone and for the PV plant on average, for the relevant month and the Operations Year;
- Production figures for each inverter zone and the PV plant in total, for the actual month and the present calendar year;
- Reports of activities as per HSE plan, details of security plan compliance and incidents, inspection by government authorities;
- A list of equipment breakdowns, the repairs carried out, and the spare parts used;
- Any unusual conditions found during operation or inspection of the PV plant.

3. Client / consultant interfacing:

- Interaction with Contractors, Clients, Laborers and Supervisors
- Handling labour on site,



implementation of Manpower plans.
- Achieving the Guaranteed generation of overall Plant with desirable quality and safety standards.
- Scheduling weekly/fortnightly & monthly meeting with client, Project Manager, Program Manager on the performance, obligations and achievement of deliverables

4. Billing and Receivables management

- Maintain all Statuary Permits which are necessary to operate and maintain the PV plant, and carry out the O&M; Services, as per applicable laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operation logs, records and monthly reports regarding the operation and maintenance of the PV plant which shall include detail of power output, other operating data, repairs performed and status of PV plant as per the O&M; plan.

5. Organizational Initiatives:

- Team building
- Responsible for contribution towards Kaizens, Business Excellence and IMS audits

Special Skill : 1. Communication skills. 2. On hand experience in the field of installation, testing and commissioning and O&M; of mega scale Solar Power Plant.
