The incumbent would be responsible for the following:
1. Sales Management - Front-lining sales achieving desired sales objective through Direct and Channel dealers in the assigned territory
2. Working Capital Management - Ensuring strict working capital control to achieve the gross no. of days and ageing outstanding control
3. Dealer management - Expanding dealer network in unrepresented areas to ensure territory is adequately covered
4. Project management - Co-ordinating with design to offer solution that customer needs - Executing the order and ensuring sanctification of the customer in close working with the projects / service team
5. Organizational Imperatives -Actively participating and originating Kaizens -Actively involving in Business Excellence initiatives -Adhere to Compliance and Protected Working Environment
