As the Principal Architect - UI/UX at Airpay Payment Services Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of user-centric interfaces for our products. Your role will involve creating seamless and engaging user experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the UI/UX strategy and implementation. You will innovate and inspire the design team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality UI/UX solutions.

- Strategic Leadership:
- Define and drive the overall UI/UX strategy in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Lead the design team in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces across all digital products.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles and ensure their integration into all stages of product development.

- Design and Development:
- Oversee the entire design process, from research and concept development to final implementation.
- Ensure consistency and coherence in the design language across all platforms and products.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions.

- User Research and Testing:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive design decisions and measure the impact of UI/UX changes.

- Innovation and Trends:




- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of leading design projects.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expertise in user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, and others.
- Proficient in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
