- Lead Finance function for the Engine Assembly Plant and partner with the Plant Manager
- Scenario analysis, efficiency studies, cost control and planning
- Ensure Plant financial accuracy, statutory and internal control compliance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
- Monthly/Periodical timely reporting for regional consolidation
- Lead the financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
- Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends, identifying risks and opportunities to drive business growth and profitability.
- Partner with senior management and manufacturing department heads to develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting,
Operations, and Sales, to support strategic initiatives, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess business performance.
- Identify and evaluate potential financial risks and opportunities
- Qualified degree in Finance - CA, CMA, MBA or equivalent
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Financial compliance and robustness
- Budget control and internal control
- Driving operational efficiencies; finance alignment on business decisions
- Meet the accounting and statutory standards requirements
- Single Point of Contact for all finance matters relating to the Plant
- Team coordination and team development
- Partnering with the operations
