- Study the Qualification Criteria of tenders and assess qualification eligibility.
- Prepare Price bids by completing various schedules required in the bid.
- Physically submit tenders, either personally or by delegating to the account management team.
- For E-tenders, handle the scanning/uploading of documents to the respective websites.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal and its operations.
- Attend Price-bid (Commercial opening) meetings, prepare comparison charts and analysis reports, and submit them to the respective manager.
- Track live tenders from the tender submission stage through to the award of the work.
- Post-award formalities:
- Attend Post-Bid/Pre-Award discussions and prepare Minutes of the Meeting (MOM).
- Review the Letter of Award (LOA) or Letter of Intent (LOI) to ensure alignment with specifications and identify any deviations.
- Submit order acceptance along with any deviations noted.
- Coordinate the submission of Performance BG (Bank Guarantee) or Advance BG.
- Facilitate the signing of contract agreements and ensure the binding and distribution of contract copies to relevant parties (HO, site, client).
- In case of unsuccessful bids, apply for EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) refund via BG/DD and follow up consistently with the customer office for the refund.
- Provide Post-Order support to Head Office teams/clients for various queries, amendments, etc.
Required Education & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (relevant field).
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in tendering and tender-related processes.
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
