Business Development Executive (US Staffing – Aviation)
CBL Aero is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth in the US Aviation Staffing market. Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new direct clients across the US Aviation & Aerospace industry.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, Linked In Sales Navigator, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Build relationships with MROs, Airlines, OEMs, FBOs, Aerospace Manufacturers, and Aviation Service Providers.
- Schedule meetings with hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams.
- Present CBL Aero's staffing solutions and negotiate service agreements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare client proposals.
- Stay updated on US staffing trends and aviation hiring demands.
Required Qualifications
- 1–5 years of Business Development experience in US Staffing.
- Experience acquiring direct US clients.
- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work during US business hours.
- Strong sales mindset with proven target achievement.
