Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable AI solutions and micro services based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement AI solutions.
- Implement, test, and deploy AI models using Python and popular AI frameworks.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy AI solutions.
- Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Pipelines and work on Generative AI applications.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, providing technical leadership and support.
- Own the full development cycle of AI applications, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies.

Required Skills:

- Robust backend development experience, particularly in micro services.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience in AI libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.




- Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to task ownership.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Ability to adapt to new challenges and up skill as required.

Good to Have Skills:

- Experience in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) to create custom AI solutions.
- Experience in Conversational AI development and integration.
- Familiarity with AI model deployment in cloud environments.
- Experience leading a team of engineers and mentoring junior staff.
