Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling user interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile products. This role requires strong design skills, a user-centered mindset, and a team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
- Develop and maintain design style guides and UI standards
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design ideas
- Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools,



and best practices

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, processes, and outcomes

Nice to Have

- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Certification in UI/UX design or a related specialization
