Primary Responsibilities

- Advise and support business stakeholders on partner data governance, requisites, and maintenance.
- Manage the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for partners in accordance with risk protocols.
- Perform checks and execute risk control standards for effective partner management.
- Collaborate with Compliance Governance to manage International Trade Control (ITC) risk controls.
- Recommend and execute data improvement initiatives in collaboration with business teams.
- Lead improvement projects using Lean principles/methodologies.
- Enhance capabilities and services for partner data handling and lead data cleansing projects.
- Establish and maintain Partner and Contact data KPI framework.
- Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and standardize process reports.

The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge or the ability to quickly learn content around partner data governance, compliance,



and process optimization. A proactive team player who can effectively prioritize tasks and balance both independent and cooperative work, even in global, cross-cultural environments.

Job Requirements

- Graduate/Post-graduate in Business Management or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Research Analyst, ideally in Business Research or KYC Analysis.
- 1+ years of experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Teams.
- Understanding of CRM governance and risk control frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working across different geographies and cultures is a plus.
- Insurance certification or experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Data Warehouses and data visualization tools is a plus.
