- Experience on Deploying/upgrading Aspect/Asterisk/Genesys Dialer projects.
- Candidate should have experience in key Components like:
- VR flow development using Composer
- Excellent knowledge on My/MS SQL
- Must have good exposure on CTI development using API, Agent soft/hard phone customization and integration.
- Besides dialer, expectation from candidate is to have knowhow of other OEM products, their comparison analysis based on various Tech factors.
- Should be seasoned dialer CTI professional with very valuable understanding of SIP Platform & hands on expertise in, Inbound & Outbound Voice Portal, Reporting (Data view, Infomart, CCPulse & Pulse).
