An established Indian freight forwarding company, specializing in project logistics, is looking for a General Manager (GM) / Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Project Pricing & Operations to join their team in Mumbai (Central Line).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement pricing strategies for project logistics.
- Oversee end-to-end operations for project cargo movements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth execution of projects while optimizing costs and efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to stay competitive.
- Lead and mentor the team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in project pricing and logistics operations.
- Robust industry network and expertise in freight forwarding & project cargo.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
