Process Manager Roles and responsibilities:

- Develop Tableau dashboard as the primary owner and accountable for the dashboard
- Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analysis, dashboards using Tableau and SQL
- Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mappings
- Take a vaguely defined data, and develop a plan, query for necessary data, and recognize patterns/insights in the data
- Communicate clearly with peers and managers on recommendations, improvements and initiatives
- Work with peers to create practical reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes
- Discuss with stakeholders on visualization ideas and recommendations best suited for the business needs and freeze requirements accordingly
- Ideate on solutions on data extraction and structuring with clients to support visualization needs

Technical and Functional Skills:

- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of work experience.




- Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases
- Strong understanding of Tableau Desktop or Tableau server
- Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of Tableau workbooks
- Ability to analyze data sets, leading to insights about improving the business, using tools such as Tableau
- Experience working on Tableau Desktop to build dashboards. Have knowledge of several charts, visualizations, story boarding, performance tuning in Tableau
- Very good working knowledge of MS Excel to analyze the data.
- Ability to communicate with the clients in gathering the requirement, committing the timelines
- Quick learner and willing to expand skillset as per project needs
- Able to work as an individual contributor and as a part of the team
