We are seeking Talented IT Recruiters to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet the company's needs. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT roles and technologies, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Job boards & LinkedIn) and

networking

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

• Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience,

and aptitudes

- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
- Facilitate the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and negotiating offers




- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection
- process
- Promote our employer brand online and offline

Requirements for the role:

• Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter

• Proven experience in C2H or Contract staffing (Mandatory)

• Experience as an Individual Contributor or Team Lead

• Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies

• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, Teams)

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong decision-making skills

• Graduation is mandatory
