Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Account Manager to manage key customer accounts and drive sales growth for DDS's products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market reach through strategic sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Sales Expansion:

- Maintain and nurture relationships with key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell DDS's products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.

Business Development:

- Identify, develop, and establish recent business relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product offerings and solutions to customer requirements.

Events & Networking:

- Represent DDS at trade exhibitions,



industry conferences, and networking events to promote products and establish new connections.
- Engage with potential clients and partners to generate leads and business opportunities.

Reporting & Strategy Alignment:

- Provide regular reports and updates to the Director, including sales performance, market insights, and business development progress.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align sales strategies with company goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
