About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Architect or Interior Designer with strong design development and professional drafting experience. The role focuses on developing hospitality and interior architecture projects from concept through design development, with emphasis on producing accurate, coordinated, and professionally structured drawing packages.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Development of hospitality and interior architecture projects from concept stage.

- Preparation of interior design drawing sets, architectural drawing sets, and line drawings.

- Production of plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, and millwork drawings.

- Coordination of drawings and project information with designers, architects, and project managers.

- Delivery of clear, accurate, and well‑organized drawing packages suitable for client and production review.

- Ensuring consistency and adherence to project standards and templates.

Essential Software Skills

- SketchUp – Advanced / Professional (mandatory)

- SketchUp Layout – Advanced / Qualified (mandatory)

- AutoCAD – Professional level

- Experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite,



Enscape, D5, or other visualization/BIM tools is an advantage but not essential.

Candidate Profile

- Highly organized and structured in work approach.

- Accurate, detail‑oriented, and efficient in drafting.

- Comfortable working with drawing standards, templates, and structured drawing sets.

- Able to interpret architectural and interior design information into coordinated technical drawings.

- Team‑oriented and able to follow established project standards and procedures.

- Focused primarily on design development and professional drafting rather than conceptual design.

Experience

- Preferred background in hospitality, hotel, multifamily residential, or similar interior architecture projects.

- Strong experience preparing professional construction documentation and design development drawing packages.

Language

- Good professional English communication skills (written and spoken).

- Regular coordination with international teams.

Work Location

- Full‑time, office‑based position in Hyderabad.
