As a Senior Nutritionist, you will play a critical role in building the scientific foundation of Kefilo's products, transformation programs, and nutrition intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Nutrition & Wellness Programs

- Design personalized nutrition plans based on individual health goals, lifestyle, medical history, and clinical reports.
- Lead the development of Kefilo's 90-Day Transformation Programs for weight management, diabetes, PCOS, gut health, sports nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
- Conduct one-on-one nutrition consultations and monitor client progress through continuous assessment and plan optimization.

Product Development & R&D;

- Develop science-backed meal plans, functional food products, and standardized recipes with chefs and food scientists.
- Validate nutritional composition, portion sizes, macro and micronutrient profiles, and product claims.
- Research emerging nutrition science, functional ingredients, nutraceuticals, gut health, and food technologies to drive innovation.

Nutrition Intelligence & AI

- Work with data scientists and AI teams to build nutrition recommendation engines, meal personalization algorithms, and nutrition knowledge bases.
- Create structured nutrition datasets, SOPs, and evidence-based guidelines for AI-powered decision-making.
- Help develop scalable nutrition frameworks that can be integrated into Kefilo's digital platform.

Content & Brand Building





- Create educational content including articles, videos, webinars, podcasts, and social media content on nutrition and preventive healthcare.
- Represent Kefilo in workshops, corporate wellness sessions, public events, and media interactions.
- Support founder-led branding with credible, science-backed communication.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure all nutrition recommendations comply with scientific evidence and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain nutritional consistency across products.
- Support food labeling, documentation, and quality assurance processes.

Who Should Apply?

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, Food Science, Public Health Nutrition, or a related field.
- 3–8+ years of experience in clinical nutrition, lifestyle nutrition, sports nutrition, preventive healthcare, or nutrition consulting.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based nutrition and behavior change.
- Passion for NutritionTech, FoodTech, preventive healthcare, and innovation.

- Standardize Kefilo's nutrition consultation framework and transformation protocols.
- Develop evidence-based meal plans and nutrition programs for key health conditions.

- Work with AI and product teams to build the nutrition intelligence system.
- Build SOPs, nutritional databases,



and scientific documentation for future scalability.

Equity-Based Opportunity

This is an equity-only founding team role.

There is no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase. Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.

Our onboarding process includes:

- 3–4 strategic discussions with the founder.
- A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate expertise, execution capability, ownership, and long-term alignment.
- Long-term founding team agreement.
- Equity allocation based on contribution, expertise, and commitment.
- A 5-year vesting structure for all core founding members.
