*Job Description: Pre-Sales Team Leader*

*Company:* Leading Construction Company

*Location:* Saligramam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

*Experience:* 5-7 Years

*Salary:* Rs. 35,000 – Rs. 45,000 per month

*Role & Responsibilities:*

1. Lead, train, and manage a team of Pre-Sales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

2. Make outbound calls to generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial construction projects

3. Monitor team performance - calls made, leads generated, appointments fixed, and conversion ratios

4. Coach team members on calling scripts, objection handling, and lead qualification techniques

5. Assign leads, set targets, and ensure proper follow-up and CRM updates by the team

6. Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and 1-on-1s to improve team productivity

7. Understand customer requirements and provide first-level consultation on company services and projects

8. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure smooth lead handover and campaign execution

9. Prepare and present daily/weekly reports on team performance,



lead pipeline, and feedback to management

10. Implement strategies to improve lead quality, response time, and appointment rates

*Requirements:*

1. 5-7 years experience in Pre-Sales / Tele-Sales, with minimum 1-2 years in a Team Leader / Senior Executive role

2. Experience in Construction, Real Estate, or B2C services industry preferred

3. Graduate in any discipline

4. Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil. Hindi is an added advantage

5. Strong leadership, training, and people management skills

6. Target-oriented with proven track record of meeting sales/lead generation targets

7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

8. Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle pressure

9. Must be able to work from Saligramam, Chennai office
