*Job Description: Architect - Residential Projects*

*Company:* Leading Construction Company

*Location:* Saligramam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

*Experience:* 5-6 Years

*Salary:* Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 60,000 per month

*Role & Responsibilities:*

1. Lead architectural design and planning for residential projects including villas, apartments, and independent houses

2. Develop conceptual designs, floor plans, elevations, 3D views, and detailed working drawings

3. Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals

4. Liaise with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure seamless project execution

5. Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and technical documentation for projects

6. Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation, quality, and adherence to drawings

7. Ensure all designs comply with CMDA, DTCP, and local building codes & regulations

8. Handle client meetings, design presentations, and incorporate feedback

9.



Work closely with project and execution teams to resolve design-related issues on site

10. Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for management review

*Requirements:*

1. 5-6 years experience in architectural design with focus on residential projects

2. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Valid COA registration mandatory

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office

4. Solid knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building bylaws

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills

6. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment

7. Must be able to work from Saligramam, Chennai office
