Proficiency in AI-powered design tools (e.g., Vizcom AI, Midjourney, or similar) to accelerate ideation, concept development, and presentation.

Hands-on experience in leather footwear design and development, with a robust grasp of materials, construction techniques, and quality standards.

Strong knowledge of the footwear industry—particularly sneakers—with awareness of current trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.





Demonstrated ability in trend forecasting, market analysis, and translating insights into actionable design directions.

Expertise in industry-standard design software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Rhino (or similar 3D modeling tools).

Preferred: Graduates from reputed fashion/footwear institutes such as NIFT, FTTI, or equivalent.
