*Job Description: Pre-Sales Executive*

*Company:* Leading Construction Company

*Location:* Saligramam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

*Experience:* 2-5 Years

*Salary:* Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 35,000 per month

*Role & Responsibilities:*

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients for residential and commercial construction projects

2. Generate leads through cold calling, database mining, and referrals

3. Understand customer requirements and explain company services, project details, and USPs

4. Schedule site visits and appointments for the Sales/Business Development team

5. Maintain and update CRM with call logs, lead status, and follow-up details

6. Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to nurture them till handover to sales team

7. Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns and events

8. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings, and qualified leads

9. Prepare daily reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversion status

10.



Handle customer queries and provide first-level information about projects, pricing, and timelines

*Requirements:*

1. 2-5 years experience in Pre-Sales / Tele-Sales / Inside Sales, preferably in Construction, Real Estate, or B2C services

2. Graduate in any discipline

3. Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil. Hindi is an added advantage

4. Confident, target-driven, and persuasive personality with good convincing skills

5. Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet targets

7. Must be able to work from Saligramam, Chennai office
