Job Description:

Role Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Noida

Qualification: MBA (HR Preferred)

Experience: 3-5 Years (preferably in finance role hiring)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The role is focused exclusively on end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring of quality candidates across various departments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding coordination.

- Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and department heads.

- Hire for Accounting, Taxation, Compliance, Finance, HR, Business Development, Administration, IT, and other corporate roles as per business requirements.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.





- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

- Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain high joining ratios.

- Prepare and release offer letters in coordination with the HR team.

- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

- Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards and turnaround time.

- Stay updated with recruitment trends and suggest innovative sourcing strategies.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

- Experience in hiring for Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Corporate, or Professional Services roles will be an added advantage.

- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work within hiring deadlines.

- Robust coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
