Job Description

· We have a minimal requirement for this profile. However, the following things must be completed: -

· The candidate should be expert in using internet portals, such as bookings made through a forwarder or buyer site.

· The Candidate should be knowledgably how to make a booking and create an online AWB on DHL/UPS/FEDEX portals.

· The candidate should be knowledgeable about advanced Microsoft Office.

· The candidate should be a specialist in communication and email drafting.

Key Requirements:

Hands-on experience using online shipping and booking portals (Forwarder/Buyer portals)

Knowledge of creating online bookings and AWBs on DHL, UPS, and FedEx portals

Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Excellent communication skills with proficiency in skilled email drafting
