Job Description

- Ensure Implementation of safety practices in routine activities related to safe handling of chemical. Hazardous.
- Ensure Implementation of & full fill work related works permits systems & use /provide related PPEs.
- Conduct training programmed on PPEs, Fire Fighting, SCBA set, Work Committee meetings, monthly safety meeting & maintain the MOM records.
- To investigate accidents, high potential near miss cases, prepare its CAPA & check its compliance by respective department also maintain its records.
- Prepare & maintain the all applicable legal documents & complete the records with EHS SOPs.
- Conduct work permit audit, plant safety inspection, safety survey of equipment's,



machine guards & suggest corrective action to concern department to compliance.
- Maintenance of Safety equipment's, PPEs, fire hydrant system, fire extinguishers, and emergency showers, eye wash spray, first aid box medicine.
- Maintenance of ETP plant & setting related work as per MPCB guidelines.
- Conduct EHS internal audit as per schedule & maintain the documents related EHS/OHSAS compliance.
- Daily Plant round of manufacturing area, service floor, & other department in plant to monitor unsafe conditions, unsafe act.
- Ensure safety in solvents charging, transfer & their storage.
