Role Description The BDA Intern at Bictors is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The intern will support the Business Development and Academic (BDA) functions by assisting in lead generation, maintaining contact databases, and coordinating with prospective learners.
Day-to-day tasks may include researching potential partners or clients, preparing basic reports and presentations, and supporting outreach activities through email, phone, and social media. The intern will also help organize sessions, events, or webinars, track participant feedback,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of learning programs.
This role provides exposure to both business development processes and the education/edtech ecosystem.
Qualifications

- Strong interest in business development, education, or edtech, with the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (spreadsheets, documents, presentations) for data tracking and reporting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with learners and partners.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data, conducting online research, and drawing simple insights from information.
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to work in office with cross-functional teams in Bengaluru South.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Management, Data Science, Analytics, or related fields is an advantage.
- Previous internship or project experience in business development, operations, or education-related roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
