> B2B Sales professional with a strong track record of selling BPO/KPO services to US Retail & eCommerce clients

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Drive current business acquisition for Retail BPO/KPO services

✅ Own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and solutioning to negotiation and deal closure.

✅ Build and manage relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers across US Retail and eCommerce organizations.

✅ Collaborate with pre-sales, operations, marketing, and delivery teams to deliver scalable outsourcing solutions.





We're Looking For:

✔ 8–12 years of B2B sales experience selling BPO/KPO services to US clients.

✔ Strong understanding of Retail Content, eCommerce operations, and Digital Catalog Management.

✔ Experience managing enterprise clients across US time zones.

✔ Excellent consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.

✔ Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Zoho.

✔ MBA is preferred.
