We are looking for a Senior Architect with extensive experience in residential developments to lead the design and execution of high-rise housing projects in Mumbai. The role involves end-to-end responsibility from concept design to site execution, coordination with consultants and ensuring compliance with local development regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design for residential buildings including apartments, luxury housing and redevelopment projects.
- Develop concepts, layouts, unit planning and façade designs optimized for Mumbai conditions.
- Review and respond to authority comments and revisions.
- Ensure design integration and resolve technical conflicts.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to design intent.
- Address site-level technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Preferred Experience
- 8–15 years (with strong residential project experience)
- Proven experience in high-rise residential and redevelopment projects.
- Experience working with Mumbai developers and approval processes.
- Exposure to luxury residential or large township projects is an advantage.
Education
- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Architecture (M. Arch).
- Registration with Council of Architecture (COA).
Technical Skills
- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Revit/BIM preferred.
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and materials.
