Job Description – Tele Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to manage relationships with existing customers, drive repeat sales, improve customer loyalty, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Drive repeat purchases and improve customer retention.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints.




- Manage difficult or adverse customer situations professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of issues.
- Reactivate inactive customers and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Maintain proper customer records and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales, retention, and revenue targets.
- Contribute towards increasing customer lifetime value and overall company revenue.
