Age Criteria: Maximum 38 Years Job Description: Lead and manage a team of 4-5 Medical Executives. Drive sales performance and achieve regional business targets. Coach, train, and mentor team members to improve productivity. Develop and execute territory business plans. Build solid relationships with key doctors, hospitals, distributors, and other stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. Ensure implementation of company strategies and compliance with reporting systems. Candidate Requirements: Graduate (MBA preferred). Minimum 2-4 years' experience as an Area Manager in the pharmaceutical industry. Candidate should be based in Gurgaon with relevant market exposure. Experience in Gastro therapy is preferred. Should have handled a team of 4-5 Medical Executives. Candidates with strong sales performance, higher business volume handling, and stable career history (1-2 organizations) will be preferred. Maximum age: 38 years.
