Job Overview:
We are hiring experienced ITI Moulder professionals for our manufacturing unit in Paharpur. Candidates should have hands-on experience in mould preparation, moulding operations, and production processes while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain moulding machines and equipment.
- Prepare moulds as per production requirements.
- Ensure proper mould quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Inspect finished products and identify defects.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily output targets.
- Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
- Maintain workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Qualification: ITI (Moulder Trade)
- Experience: 2–5 years as a Moulder
- Gender: Male
- Age: 21–40 years
- Good knowledge of moulding processes, machine handling, and quality standards.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Salary
- Experienced Candidates: Salary will be offered based on the current CTC, with approximately 10% hike over the existing salary.
For Trainee salary will be Rs.12000/- gross
