About the Role

Sulwhasoo, a globally renowned luxury Korean skincare brand, is seeking an experienced and passionate Beautician / Beauty Therapist to deliver exceptional skincare treatments and luxury customer experiences. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in premium facial therapies and skincare consultations, with experience in luxury beauty brands, high-end spas, five-star hotels, or premium salons.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver luxury facial treatments and skincare therapies as per Sulwhasoo standards.
- Conduct detailed skin analysis and recommend customized skincare solutions.
- Educate customers on skincare routines, product usage, and treatment benefits.
- Promote and recommend Sulwhasoo products based on individual customer needs.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience through professional consultation and personalized service.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards in accordance with brand protocols.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
- Achieve individual service and retail sales targets.
- Stay updated with the latest skincare trends,



facial techniques, and brand training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Beautician, Beauty Therapist, or Skincare Specialist.
- Experience with luxury beauty brands, premium spas, five-star hotels, or high-end salons/parlors is mandatory.
- Expertise in advanced facial treatments, skincare therapies, and skin consultation.
- Strong understanding of skin types, skincare products, and facial techniques.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled appearance with a passion for luxury beauty and wellness.
- Ability to work in a premium retail or luxury hospitality environment.

Preferred Background

- Experience with international luxury skincare or cosmetic brands.
- Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related field.
- Exposure to premium customer service standards in luxury retail or hospitality.
